These Terms apply to the company website and demo-request experience. Use of GovernAI, ConsentHub, or other Senato products is governed by separate product agreements, order forms, and documentation.

The Site is intended for business and professional use. You represent that you have authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent when submitting inquiries or demo requests.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site to learn about Senato Tech and its products, and to request demos or contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through malware, scraping that overloads systems, or denial-of-service activity
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms
- Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Site content beyond ordinary viewing and fair use, except as allowed by law
4. Demo requests and communications
Submitting a demo request does not create a customer contract. We may accept, decline, or schedule follow-ups at our discretion. Information you provide must be accurate. We may contact you using the details you share in connection with your request.

The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Senato Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Senato, GovernAI, ConsentHub, and related marks are trademarks of Senato Tech or its affiliates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senato Tech and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in local currency), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senato Tech from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
